Returns & Exchanges

At Disney Art On Main, we want your home gallery to be perfect; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your artwork within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our guest services team via email with your order number and a brief reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Secure the Artwork

  Carefully repackage the art in its original shipping materials, including all certificates of authenticity and protective layers to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our curators inspect the returned piece, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
